Ther used to be a grocery and general store at the farm Asplunda in Tallsjö from 1895 until the early 1950s. In 2003, Asplunda was once again open to the public - now as a living museum with shop, stock room and living quarters. Everything is preserved and has been restored to its former condition. A guided tour thorugh Asplunda old village shop is a fascinationg walk through a different era.
Asplunda Old Village Shop is open daily in July and from the beginning of June until the middle of september by appointment.
