A unique water-driven construction with mills, threshing-barn, sawmill, power station etc. Everything was built by hand along the small river of Skarpsjöbäcken, northwest of Åsele. The Visitors’ Centre describes the Torvsjö Mills and the living conditions of the inland farmers.
