If you follow this trail you can walk or go by bicycle, car or boat, along the river Umeälven around Umeå. There are plenty of interesting sights here, for example Arboretum Norr, Baggböle Manor, the rock-carvings in Norrfors, Umedalen Sculpture Park and Backen Church.
